Funds and supports four Heart-Watch teams in Hawkwell, Hockley,
Rochford and Ashingdon. When the Essex Ambulance receives a cal an ambulance and a volunteer are despatched simultaneously.
The volunteer reaches the patient before the ambulance. Training on resuscitation and the use of a semi-automatic defibrillator
is given by the Essex Ambulance Service.
